Standard design features

All control systems engineered and built by Specialized Controls, Inc. are assembled with the highest quality in the industry. All internal control wires are housed in gray flush mount wire duct. All wire ends are marked with computer generated self sealing wire tags, and finished with a strain relief wire ferrule to minimize wire breakage due to machine vibration, and reduce stray wire strands. All control wires going outside of the control box are connected at a terminal strip, with all used terminals marked using a computer generated number matching the numbers on the control wires for ease of hook up. As all electrical prints are generated using AutoCAD, with line referencing to determine wire numbers and component device numbers, matching wire and component numbers from the control box to the prints is done with ease and speeds troubleshooting to reduce breakdown time.
